Application for Issuance or Renewal of Passport

The Consulate General of the Republic of Chad in Jeddah provides this service to Chadian citizens residing in Saudi Arabia who wish to obtain or renew their passports, in accordance with the applicable procedures and requirements 

 

Required Documents

Previous passport (if available)

Birth certificate

Copies of the ID cards or passports of the father and mother

If unavailable: three ID cards of first-degree relatives or witnesses, with matching names

Two recent passport-sized photographs
